FlexBlow introduces a new lab concept for advanced product development

A new FlexBlow development has been featured in the latest PETplanet Insider (Issue 4, page 43), highlighting our approach to next-generation product development in stretch blow molding.

The new lab concept is designed to bring pre-series validation and process development closer to real production conditions. Built on FlexBlow production architecture, the system enables accurate testing of parameters, materials, and designs with a high level of reproducibility.

With its compact footprint, integrated quality control systems, and real-time process monitoring, the lab provides a controlled environment for developing and validating new bottle concepts. It allows manufacturers to test different formats, optimize parameters, and ensure consistent results before scaling up to full production.

Special attention has been given to flexibility. The system supports a wide range of container sizes and enables quick mold changeovers, making it suitable for both development work and small-scale production runs.

This concept reflects the growing need for faster, more reliable product development processes, where decisions are increasingly based on data and real production conditions rather than assumptions.

The system will soon be available for live demonstration at Interpack 2026:
